Delete your Awaken account

You can delete your account and its data yourself, from inside the app. This page exists because Google Play requires a web route as well — and because you might be locked out and unable to reach the in-app button.

In the app (immediate)

Settings → Account & Security → Delete account. It asks once to confirm, then deletes. There is no waiting period and no support ticket.

By email (if you can't sign in)

Write to support@getawaken.app from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply when it is done — within 30 days, and usually within a few days.

If you write from a different address we may ask you for something that proves the account is yours, because deleting the wrong account on request would be worse than a slow reply.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, in one cascade:

Your login and email address
Your character: level, XP, rank, stats, coins, titles, skills, sponsor affinity
Every workout you logged, your training plans and your quest board
Your public profile, avatar image, bio and badges
Your posts, post images, comments and likes
Your follows and followers
Your chat messages, including direct messages
Your guild membership and contributions
Your leaderboard standing and any place rewards
Your hall-of-fame entries, including any "first to reach Rank X" record
Any content reports you filed

Your guild is not deleted with you. If you founded one, the hall passes to its longest-serving remaining member, who becomes its master — the treasury, missions and skill tree stay intact for everyone else. A guild is only disbanded if you were its last member.

What survives, and for how long

We would rather tell you this than let you assume deletion is absolute everywhere:

Nothing in that list can identify you once your account is gone.

Deleting some data without deleting the account

You do not have to go all-or-nothing:

Posts, comments, images — delete them individually in the app.
Avatar and bio — clear them in Edit Profile.
Your training history — Settings → Reset Character starts you over from the Awakening and clears progression, while keeping your login.
