Awaken: frequently asked questions

Everything people ask before their first session.

What is Awaken?

Awaken is a fitness app for Android that turns real workouts into a system RPG, in the style of system manhwa. Every set you log earns XP, raises six stats and moves you toward a Rank from F to SSS. It adds daily quests, penalty quests for skipped training days, five classes, guilds and leaderboards.

Is Awaken free?

Yes. Training, quests, ranks, guilds and leaderboards are free. The optional Ascendant membership (€4.99 a month, or €29.99 a year with a 7-day free trial) adds more AI-forged plans, unlimited routines, lifetime history, data export and cosmetics. It buys no XP, stats, rank or leaderboard place.

Is Awaken on iPhone?

Not yet. Awaken is on Google Play for Android today; an iOS version is planned.

Can I use Awaken without weights or a gym?

Yes. When the System forges your plan you choose full gym, dumbbells only or bodyweight, and the plan is built from exercises you can do with that. Your first session, the Awakening Trial, is ten minutes with no equipment. Timed holds like planks have a built-in stopwatch.

How does the XP and rank system work?

XP comes from the sets you log: reps, load and time. Daily XP is capped so consistency beats one huge session. Levels come quickly; Rank (F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS) is re-evaluated from your stats and months of consistent training, so it moves rarely and means something.

What are penalty quests?

If you skip a planned training day, the System issues a penalty quest, such as one session, fifteen sets or 120 reps of anything, to clear within two days. Rest days in your plan never trigger one. They are meant to pull you back, not punish you.

Which classes can I choose?

Berserker (heavy compounds, raw strength), Assassin (aesthetics and volume), Ranger (endurance), Monk (mobility and discipline) and Scholar (optimisation). Your class shapes your plan and which stats grow fastest.

Can people cheat the leaderboards?

Progression is computed on Awaken's servers from the sessions they store, not by your phone. Sessions that could not have happened, such as impossible loads or dozens of sets in seconds, earn nothing and never reach a board.

Is there a workout app like Solo Leveling?

Awaken is a workout app inspired by Solo Leveling and the system-manhwa genre. It gives you a status window, daily quests, penalty quests and a Rank from F to SSS, all earned from the workouts you actually log, with a training plan built for your equipment. It is free on Google Play.

Is Awaken affiliated with Solo Leveling?

No. Awaken is an independent app inspired by the system-manhwa genre. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Solo Leveling or its rights holders.

Does Awaken work offline?

Yes, you can log a workout without signal. The session is queued on your phone and scored as soon as you are back online.
