Level up at home, no equipment needed
About half of the plans the System forges are bodyweight plans. You don't need a gym, a barbell or even dumbbells to earn XP, raise your stats and climb the ranks in Awaken.
How home training works in Awaken
- Choose your equipment. When the System forges your plan, pick bodyweight, dumbbells only or full gym. The plan only uses exercises you can actually do.
- Start with the Awakening Trial. A ten-minute first session: bodyweight squats, push-ups, reverse lunges, glute bridges and a plank. Twelve sets, and your first XP is yours.
- Holds are timed. Planks, wall sits, stretches and other holds are logged by time, with a start/stop stopwatch, not as reps and kilos.
- Quests that fit. Daily quests follow your planned session, and volume quests (kilograms lifted) are only offered if you actually train with weights. Penalty quests can be cleared with sessions, sets or reps, never kilograms.
Which class suits home training?
Monk (mobility, control and discipline) and Ranger (endurance) are natural fits for bodyweight training. Assassin works well too, with higher-volume sessions. Every class can train at home; the System adapts the plan to your equipment.
Does bodyweight training count as much?
Yes. XP comes from the work you do: reps, sets and time under tension. You level up and earn quests from bodyweight sessions exactly as from gym sessions. The only boards that need weights are the heaviest-lift and total-volume leaderboards; level and rank boards are open to everyone.
